I installed this unit a month ago in my house in Georgetown, as we are on well water. Flushed out the lines as per the video, and the stagnant smell, and discolour has improved greatly. No more smell and no more brown water. Nice system for the money.

The UV Water System that we bought from the Water Store has worked to our complete satisfaction. I no longer have to truck water from home to our island cottage. Replace the filters when required and test the water at least annually and we have drinking water without any fuss.

We offer FREE Shipping anywhere in Canada. Once your order is placed, we process it the next business day and ship via ground transportation. In very remote locations, whenever the shipping costs become prohibitive we reserve the right to either cancel the order or ask that you contribute to the shipping costs, it's up to you. Your items may take anywhere from a few days up to a few weeks to arrive.
If you have any special shipping requirements, like requiring a signature at time of delivery, please leave a message in the "Special instructions for seller" section while checking out. If you order multiple products they may not all arrive at the same time as we ship from multiple warehouses and each item will be shipped directly to you. If no one is home when your order is delivered it will be left for you but we cannot assume responsibility for your order once it has been dropped off.

We do not offer refunds or returns on items built to order including Aclarus Ozone systems, Reverse Osmosis systems larger than 500 gpd or water softeners/iron filters over 1 cubic foot.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
