    Excellent quality, easy to install, and the water is great! I submitted the results of my water test and the awesome guys and gals at the water e store prescribed the units that I needed. They thoroughly answered all my questions and with an educational background in environmental science I'm not the typical customer. I needed a fok filter for iron and sulphur and I also installed a carbon filter and UV light. The softener is installed in the middle of this three-part sequence. After initial setup, the water had a fishy aftertaste, so I let the water run from an outside spigot for about an hour and now the water tastes great.
    I purchased and installed this system myself for less than half the quoted price of my local provider, which did not include the UV light. Gary, You should consider expanding your product offerings to include spas. I'll be the first to buy what you recommend!

    Top Notch Customer Service & Excellent Product

    The customer service is second to none. Was really able to purchase with confidence and by viewing the numerous resources which Gary the Water Guy provides, I was even able to save a significant amount of money by doing the install myself. As for the water softener, so far I can only speak to a few days service. Can definitely tell that it’s a quality built machine and have confidence it will last for years to come! And if not, I’m sure that top notch customer service will be there to remedy any issue! Immediately we could tell a difference in our water quality; we purposely didn’t squeegee the shower glass and somehow, it actually cleaned what water spots had already been there, in addition to not leaving any more behind. Clothes feel softer and skin/hair are much more comfortable. No tea stains left behind on mugs and water tastes like bottled water, rather than the heavy taste it had before. Hoping this unit lasts a long long time but, you really can’t beat the customer service we received from Gary and his team! Thanks!

    Shipping Policy

    We offer FREE Shipping anywhere in Canada. Once your order is placed, we process it the next business day and ship via ground transportation. In very remote locations, whenever the shipping costs become prohibitive we reserve the right to either cancel the order or ask that you contribute to the shipping costs, it's up to you. Your items may take anywhere from a few days up to a few weeks to arrive.

    If you have any special shipping requirements, like requiring a signature at time of delivery, please leave a message in the "Special instructions for seller" section while checking out. If you order multiple products they may not all arrive at the same time as we ship from multiple warehouses and each item will be shipped directly to you. If no one is home when your order is delivered it will be left for you but we cannot assume responsibility for your order once it has been dropped off.

    Returns

    Excluded Items

    We do not offer refunds or returns on items built to order including Aclarus Ozone systems, Reverse Osmosis systems larger than 500 gpd or water softeners/iron filters over 1 cubic foot. 

    Returns

    Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

    Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

    Refunds

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    Late or missing refunds

    • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    Sale items

    Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

    Exchanges
