Our Returns Policy lasts 30 days. Most items can be returned* A Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number must be obtained from The Water Filter eStore within 30 days of the invoice date before any returns can be shipped. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. All returns must be shipped prepaid with a copy of the RGA accompanying the return. Freight collect returns will not be accepted.
Manufacturers warranty applies to all products, please contact the manufacturer directly for warranty claims after 30 days from purchase date. Returns on defective items determined to be in warranty will be replaced or repaired, and will be returned to the purchaser prepaid by surface freight.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a copy of your receipt.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. *Please note that special order items or parts that are non stock items can only be returned if they will be accepted as a return by the manufacturer and are subject to the manufacturers restocking and other charges related to the return. These additional return charges will be deducted from your refund.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded only credited.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for some other reason, send us an email at email@example.com.

Any claim for damages to your order during shipping or otherwise, must be made within 30 days. Check your order carefully when it's received.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We do not offer refunds or returns on items built to order including Aclarus Ozone systems, Reverse Osmosis systems larger than 500 gpd or water softeners/iron filters over 1 cubic foot.
