In box instructions aren’t great but lots of you tube resources. Very happy with my purchase/product. Peace of mind knowing it’s a Canadian product. Pressure and taste are excellent, no issues at all.

HUM Water Saver 75 RO system with remineralization and chrome faucet

I recently purchased the HUM Water Saver 75 RO system with remineralization and a chrome faucet from the Water estore in Midland, Ontario.
Firstly, I was very impressed with the prepurchase-email contact I had with Colleen. She answered all my questions and I felt confident in her responses.
I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly the shipment process went. Product arrived April 12 at 8:30 am, and I had it installed well before noon. Took my time and watched a couple of videos of Gary on the installation process. Installation was seamless… Flushed the system three times and was drinking water by the end of day.
Here in Alberta, TDS before installation was around 200 ppm. After installation TDS is 20 ppm, and that's with the remineralization cartridge.
I went with the Estore for a number of reasons. Firstly, as I said earlier, I was satisfied with the email contact I had with Colleen. Secondly, Gary the Water Guy has done a commendable job creating videos to help with all matters related to water and water treatment. The videos made installation a snap. Another reason is product quality. I had two Aquasana water filters previously over a ten year period. BOTH of them cracked and made a terrible mess in the kitchen. Since then I've been using a Brita filter…until now. Hopefully this product will stand the test of time.
And…I like the RO water. It tastes good to me. Can't believe how quickly it dispenses. I can fill a glass in less than five seconds!
So far I am very pleased with the product overall and I highly recommend the Water Estore!
