Was able to do the install on my RO system using the online Video only thing that threw me off was the different coloured ends which were yellow not blue like the Video and where in reverse. My PPM count went from 7 to 17 sometimes 24. Water tast is the same but find the water more filling.

Easy to install and very effective at correcting our low Ph situation as well as increasing our minerals from 5 to 10 ppm

Customer service was excellent. My RO system fit all the requirement I was looking for. My family is very satisfied with the quality of water we are getting.

The whole system works wonderfully. The only problem was the filter attachment clips. which are really hard to put in place. I did check for proper position of the clips with the large end going to the RO membrane, but they still needed a tow truck size push to put them in place. I do love this system and the great, clean water we get from it.
