shipping failure

I am sure the piece itself is fine, it is now installed. However, after placing the order and being invoiced and waiting for delivery... unfortunately I had to make contact after a long period of time(1.5-2mth I believe) to have the item shipped because the shipping company failed to pick it up??? I hope this will not be repeated when the filter is due to be replaced again.
