Your help and advice on line and on the phone were excellent . The lamp arrived in a few days and was in perfect shape . I just installed it yesterday . I followed the directions from YouTube Water Guy and the paper instructions . My only confusion was regarding the sleeve which only came out the bottom , not the top - it was clean; as well, the hand tightening was not enough and led to water spitting out the two ends so I had to tighten them one more turn .
It alarmed me as I was nervous doing this in the first place . Maybe the video and instructions can be more specific . The YouTube is not with water hooked up so the trouble shooting aspect and real life situation would have helped me . But, the reset is done and we are back to 365 days and will be thrilled to see 364 days count when 24 hours has élaborés to ensure I got it right . A very good product .
