Thought I would never find the part I needed after something chewed through some wires. Water store had the part, quick delivery and user friendly video install instructions. Fast quick easy.

The water store had the right part for my Waterboss softener.

Updated version of the original WaterBoss sensor. I live in the Dominican Republic, where I house my water softerner in an exterior location, due to that being the entry point for water into the house. Up to this point, I have not had to purchase replacement items, as my water softener was on warranty; - wouldn't you know it, as soon as the warranty period ended, something had gone into the unit through the rear and decided to eat the sensor and power line to the computer. As I have to purchase items from either the States or Canada and have them couriered here, I was pleasantly surprised to come across the WaterStore's item. The price was fantastic and offered free shipping in Canada. Fortunately I had a friend who was travelling here days after I ordered the item. Expedient shipping enabled it to arrive in plenty of time for my friend to bring it down. As said, I was extremely happy with the item, as it had a longer sturdy ribbon wire, whereas the old was just three miniscule wires that was virtually impossible to reconnect, as once cut, there was insufficient room to reconnect. Now if WaterStore has a seal that could be used to cover the back piping / entrance of a WaterBoss 700 that would be a bonus. Great experience, I will be a return customer for any future needs.

The replacement part came in on time and worked perfect. That said, $100 for a 6 inch wire that replaces a wire that broke with no explainable reason is sort of hard to comprehend.
