I needed help replacing and programming a Clack WS-1 circuit board for my water softener. The part arrived promptly, pre-programmed, and videos were given on how to program the product as well as further education on what I was dealing with. I found all of this very helpful as I had zero prior experience. I wrote an email to the company asking an additional question and Gary replied promptly with much help!

We offer FREE Shipping anywhere in Canada. Once your order is placed, we process it the next business day and ship via ground transportation. In very remote locations, whenever the shipping costs become prohibitive we reserve the right to either cancel the order or ask that you contribute to the shipping costs, it's up to you. We do not offer refunds or returns on items built to order including Aclarus Ozone systems, Reverse Osmosis systems larger than 500 gpd or water softeners/iron filters over 1 cubic foot.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
