Ce véritable manchon à quartz de remplacement UV LUMINOR BLACKCOMB RQ-950 est le manchon de remplacement pour les systèmes de purification d'eau UV à haut rendement LUMINOR BLACKCOMB des séries LBH4-401, LBH5-401 et LBH6-401.

Le manchon en quartz empêche la lampe UV de court-circuiter et maintient la température de fonctionnement idéale de la lampe. L'accumulation de minéraux nuit à l'efficacité de la lampe, donc si le manchon ne peut pas être nettoyé à 100 %, il doit être remplacé. Il est recommandé de nettoyer le manchon UV au moins une fois par an et de disposer d'un manchon UV de rechange, qui peut être facilement remplacé par vous-même.

Shipping Policy

We offer FREE Shipping anywhere in Canada. Once your order is placed, we process it the next business day and ship via ground transportation. In very remote locations, whenever the shipping costs become prohibitive we reserve the right to either cancel the order or ask that you contribute to the shipping costs, it's up to you. Your items may take anywhere from a few days up to a few weeks to arrive.

If you have any special shipping requirements, like requiring a signature at time of delivery, please leave a message in the "Special instructions for seller" section while checking out. If you order multiple products they may not all arrive at the same time as we ship from multiple warehouses and each item will be shipped directly to you. If no one is home when your order is delivered it will be left for you but we cannot assume responsibility for your order once it has been dropped off.

Returns

Excluded Items

We do not offer refunds or returns on items built to order including Aclarus Ozone systems, Reverse Osmosis systems larger than 500 gpd or water softeners/iron filters over 1 cubic foot. 

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@WaterEstore.com.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
