To maintain the performance of your UV Dynamics Ultraviolet Disinfection system you need to replace the UV lamp after 9,000 hours of use, or 365 days. After 12 months of use the ultraviolet (UV) light from the lamp will no longer provide the intensity of UV light to kill the bacteria in your family’s water.
Failure to replace the lamp after 12 months of use will shorten the life of the UV controller or ballast.
