    not what I ordered

    What the store sent me did not have grooves in it, like my old filter, and like I had ordered. When I contacted the store for clarification, I got no reply. Very disappointing. Would not order from here again.

    We sincerely apologize for the confusion and disappointment this caused. We did receive your second email yesterday after business hours, but unfortunately, we never received your first message, which is why you didn’t hear back sooner.. During COVID, Viqua—the manufacturer—changed how they make their filters and gradually phased out the grooved design. While the look is different, the filter you received is the correct replacement model. We understand how frustrating it can be when a product doesn’t appear as expected, and we’re very sorry this wasn’t explained sooner. Our team will be following up with you directly to make sure everything is clear and that you feel confident with your purchase.
