This is a Genuine Viqua/Sterilight replacement UV lamp & Sleeve for Sterilight Ultraviolet Disinfection system. This UV lamp and sleeve are for SPV-3.5, SPV-200, SP200-HO, SC/SCM-200.  This original Viqua/Sterilight UV kit which includes the QS-200 quartz sleeve, the S200RL-HO lamp and 410867 O-ring.  Purchasing the sleeve and lamp in one kit saves you money.
