This is a Genuine Viqua/Sterilight Ultraviolet Replacement Lamp. This UV lamp is for models VH410, VH410M, SC-410, SCM-410, SPV-410, SP410-HO, & SPV-8. This Ultraviolet lamp needs to be replaced after 12 months of use because it may not have enough intensity to kill bacteria after 9000 hours of use.  Easy do it yourself replacement, check out our video above for more information.

Your help and advice on line and on the phone were excellent . The lamp arrived in a few days and was in perfect shape . I just installed it yesterday . I followed the directions from YouTube Water Guy and the paper instructions . My only confusion was regarding the sleeve which only came out the bottom , not the top - it was clean; as well, the hand tightening was not enough and led to water spitting out the two ends so I had to tighten them one more turn .
It alarmed me as I was nervous doing this in the first place . Maybe the video and instructions can be more specific . The YouTube is not with water hooked up so the trouble shooting aspect and real life situation would have helped me . But, the reset is done and we are back to 365 days and will be thrilled to see 364 days count when 24 hours has élaborés to ensure I got it right . A very good product .
