We don’t test for lead, arsenic, nitrates, or volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in-house.

We also don’t perform certified lab testing for legal or real estate purposes.

If you're concerned about any of these, we recommend sending your water to a certified local lab first and then sending us the results.

After you order the kit, we’ll mail it to your home. Just follow the simple instructions to collect your water sample and send it back to us using the prepaid label.

Once we receive it, our team will analyze the results and send you personalized filtration recommendations based on your water.

If you buy a water system or any products from us over $700 within 90 days, we will credit your water test cost ($69.99) in your order.

You can use this kit to test well water or municipal tap water. If you're on a private well, we’ll tailor your recommendations based on potential contaminants like iron, hardness, tannins, and bacteria. If you’re on city water, we’ll look for things like chlorine, lead, and VOCs.

While it’s not a certified lab test, our in-house experts use professional-grade equipment to give you actionable insights.
