This Viqua dual Gradient 15 to 5 micron sediment filter. This high performance filter removes sediment, dirt and rust. It has a maximum flow rate of 32 GPM. It is manufactured from 100% melt blown polypropylene. Extremely rigid structure eliminates by-pass. Provides superior filtration efficiency and extended life. Grooved design provides increased surface area for improved filtering efficiency. Can be use in Viqua IHS22-D4 & IHS22-E4 or its own pre filter housing.

      Try the Water Guy First

      I looked last fall and this spring in the usual Ontario retail stores for filters for my cottage system. Repeated visits to different stores both down south and in cottage country were not successful. I came across Gary’s website during my online searches and Gary had the exact make and product number I needed. So I decided to give it a try and ordered three filters. Ordered on a Tuesday and if I recall correctly, they arrived at my house on Friday. Next time, I am not going to waste time going to the stores. I am going to Gary’s website. Also Gary, although I did not buy a UV lamp from you this time (I had a spare) I appreciated your YouTube video on how to properly replace them. You, again, had my exact system and the CLR you suggested cleaned the crystal lens like new. Thank you.

      Shipping Policy

      We offer FREE Shipping anywhere in Canada. Once your order is placed, we process it the next business day and ship via ground transportation. In very remote locations, whenever the shipping costs become prohibitive we reserve the right to either cancel the order or ask that you contribute to the shipping costs, it's up to you. Your items may take anywhere from a few days up to a few weeks to arrive.

      If you have any special shipping requirements, like requiring a signature at time of delivery, please leave a message in the "Special instructions for seller" section while checking out. If you order multiple products they may not all arrive at the same time as we ship from multiple warehouses and each item will be shipped directly to you. If no one is home when your order is delivered it will be left for you but we cannot assume responsibility for your order once it has been dropped off.

      Returns

      Excluded Items

      We do not offer refunds or returns on items built to order including Aclarus Ozone systems, Reverse Osmosis systems larger than 500 gpd or water softeners/iron filters over 1 cubic foot. 

      Returns

      Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

      To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

      To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

      Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

      Refunds

      Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

      If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

      Late or missing refunds

      • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
      • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
      • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

      Sale items

      Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

      Exchanges
