First time buyer

I bought the wrong kit so couldn’t use the included membrane but the rest installed easily. There was an immediate improvement to the taste of our water.

Wrong membrane

I was drawn to the convenience of an all-included kit when I inherited my RO system, but like the other reviewer, I didn't examine the membrane closely enough and my system actually required a Black Max GPD-BME1812RE75 which I had to order separately.

I really appreciated the simple, easy-to-follow videos on the product page to guide me through the process for the first time.
