If a Salt bridge has formed in your WaterBoss High Efficiency Water Softener due to high humidity, being overfilled or the wrong kind of salt is being used (crystal) it can easily be removed. Test with a blunt object like a broom handle. Push the handle into the salt to dislodge the salt bridge, or use hot water.

Test with a blunt object like a broom handle. Push the handle into the salt to dislodge the salt bridge, or use hot water around the inside perimeter to loosen salt and then manually regenerate.
