This is a Genuine UV Dynamics Ballast. This ballast is used In: UVD320, 8.40, 10.30E, Ultra Violet Disinfection Water Filter Systems.  This unit has a Lamp Expiry/Failure Indicator and a Lamp Change Reminder Indicator.

UV Replacement

After years of service, an “O-Ring” failed (had never been replaced) allowing water to enter lamp chamber and damaged the lamp connector and made UV transform unreliable.
When I contacted the Water Store, they were extremely helpful and shipped the parts needed to get the system back in service very quickly.
