This combo includes the filter, UV lamp and Sleeve which require replacement annually. Sleeve requires replacement if it can not be cleaned 100%. Includes Viqua replacement lamp S200RL-HO, QS-001 sleeve and sediment filter CMB-510-HF

Please Note:  This sediment filter is no longer grooved as shown in the image.
