    UV lamp

    I recently asked my bricks and mortar water retail store if they would dispose of my used UV lamps for me, to save me a trip to my municipal hazardous waste site. They said no, I could just throw them out in the trash. I was expecting the “no” which would’ve been ok, but if you are selling products containing hazardous material you should advise customers accordingly on how to dispose them. That answer lost my business.

    Reviews for this place seemed good, so I bought from here. Pretty good descriptions on their website. Cheaper. Good delivery time. A little over- packaged but that’s better than it arriving broken.

    Shipping Policy

    We offer FREE Shipping anywhere in Canada. Once your order is placed, we process it the next business day and ship via ground transportation. In very remote locations, whenever the shipping costs become prohibitive we reserve the right to either cancel the order or ask that you contribute to the shipping costs, it's up to you. Your items may take anywhere from a few days up to a few weeks to arrive. If you have any special shipping requirements, like requiring a signature at time of delivery, please leave a message in the "Special instructions for seller" section while checking out. If you order multiple products they may not all arrive at the same time as we ship from multiple warehouses and each item will be shipped directly to you.     Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

    Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
