NSF-61 certified for use on potable water system valves, faucets and filters
Description
CHEMPLEX 862 is specially formulated grease like lubricant which is NSF 61 certified for potable water contact under both hot and cold-water conditions. This stiff, tacky compound has excellent water repellency, dielectric and oxidation resistance.

- Temprature Range : -40 to +400 °F / -40 to 204 °C
- Water-resistant , withstands water washout and spray off
- Compatible with many rubbers and plastics
- Resistant to a wide variety of organic and inorganic chemicals including most oils and alkaline solutions
- NSF 61 Certified
Field of application
O rings, rubber and plastic gaskets used in water faucets, valves and filters or applications where sticking or exposure to the elements occurs. Not recommended for use with highly oxidative chemicals such as chlorine, peroxides or liquid oxygen.
