      Ordering the faucet was fine, there were no problems placing the order. the carrier was several days late but that is normal for pandemic delivery performance. The faucet itself is functioning fine. the only complaint that I have is that there were no instructions on how to reassemble the the faucet. I checked on line and there was no information that I could find and I even checked U-Tube which flew by the installation which was not very helpful.

      The problem was that, in spite of carefully laying out the parts in the order that I took them apart, I still managed to install the plastic washer backwards which created a small leak quite a bit afterwards that my wife discovered because it was slowly leaking into a pot.

      Fortunately, I found the original manual and buried in the text was the caution to make sure that the plastic washer must be installed with the bevel facing into the pipe. The next day I disassembled the faucet and reversed the direction of the washer and the leak stopped. If I did not have the original manual it might have taken a few phone calls and a lot more time to figure out what I had done wrong.

      I would suggest that you include assembly directions with this replacement faucet. No one wants to assemble it more than once.

      I want to finish by saying overall we are very positive about the product. The first faucet has lasted over ten years and we are happy that every day we can drink clean, filtered water!

      Shipping Policy

      We offer FREE Shipping anywhere in Canada. Once your order is placed, we process it the next business day and ship via ground transportation. In very remote locations, whenever the shipping costs become prohibitive we reserve the right to either cancel the order or ask that you contribute to the shipping costs, it's up to you. Your items may take anywhere from a few days up to a few weeks to arrive. If you have any special shipping requirements, like requiring a signature at time of delivery, please leave a message in the "Special instructions for seller" section while checking out. If you order multiple products they may not all arrive at the same time as we ship from multiple warehouses and each item will be shipped directly to you. If no one is home when your order is delivered it will be left for you but we cannot assume responsibility for your order once it has been dropped off.       Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

      To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

      To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

      Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
