Viqua Trojan Ultraviolet lamp & sleeve combo 602810-102 is the replacement lamp for Trojan UV Max Models UVMAX IHS12-D4, IHS22-D4, C, C4, D, D4, D4+. This Combo pack includes 602805 Ultraviolet lamp & 602732 Quartz sleeve. Please see above video for how to replace the Ultraviolet.
