All was good except the sleeve was not properly wrapped in the bubble wrap. 4” of the end was exposed - fortunate that it did not break

The UV lightbulb arrived on time and in great shape. It was packaged well. It's been installed for the past 46 days without any issue. I will be ordering it again next year.

This is my 2nd time ordering this product for the Water Store and both times it has arrived in a timely manner. I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.
