All 3 filters that I ordered arrived in excellent conditions. No cracks, no dents, sealed up in with a packaging material, and contained in a very sturdy box labelled with Fragile wording.
Installed already and will re-order again from Water eStore again when time comes to replace.

The filter has been installed. There is a very small leakage of around 10 drops of water per day coming out from the top of the housing. Have tightened to no more turn possible. Will reinstall when I can find time. Possibly the filter not seated right onto the round raised lip on the bottom. The service is great. Questions answered promptly. Packaging is the best of all. Came in a sturdy carton box with a big “Do Not Crush” label, and bubble sheet wrapped around the filter, and brown paper filled up the empty space. That is the proper way to ship goods. Had bad experience with the sellers from the big big online store. Use “the product is out of stock” to avoid pre-purchase questions. 3 times in the past 3 years had the same problem with 3 different sellers - packed in a bubble bag. Ended up one of the 2 black filter holders (on the top and bottom) cracked. Thrown around in the delivery process I guess. Or, the sellers bought a large quantity of damaged filters and tried to sell them. Return, replacement, too much trouble and time waste. Will buy again next year from this seller when I can find time to reinstall the filter and the reason is my poor workmanship.

I found the product I needed and placed my order. Shipping was quick and cheap and the product was exactly what I expected. Will definitely order again when it’s time to replace my water filter.
